About this exam
From the NID admissions page: the last date for the online application for the 5.5-year professional education Master of Design (Integrated Pathway) / B.Des. and for M.Des. at NID Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Bengaluru is 11:59 pm (IST) on Monday 30 November 2026. The date for the PhD in Design 2027 was extended to the same time. M.Des. at NID Madhya Pradesh and NID Haryana also closes on 30 November 2026.
The page lists programmes at NID Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh and Assam. It says applications are taken only on admissions.nid.edu and warns that sites ending in .org or .org.in are fake. It adds that the revised edit window and the DRT exam will be announced soon.
Exam dates, fees and eligibility are not on the page I read: check the admissions handbook.
