Terms of Service

Dostkit offers free tools, a resume builder, a portfolio link and listings of scholarships, internships, exams and courses for students in India. It is an independent project. It is not a government website, and it is not part of any scholarship provider, exam body, college, course provider or internship provider unless a page says so.

• Dates, amounts, rules and links can change, and we may be slow to notice or may make a mistake. Always check the official page before you apply or pay.
• Every listing shows the date we last checked it and links to the official page. A listing is not a promise that you will be selected or eligible.
• We never charge you to apply for anything. Do not pay anyone who says they can get you a scholarship, a seat or a job. If someone asks for money in our name, tell us.
• Ads and links to other websites are not our endorsement. Ads are labelled “Sponsored”.

• The tools are provided as they are. Check the result before you rely on it, for example that a photo or PDF meets the rules of the portal you are using.
• Calculators such as the CGPA converter use common formulas. Your college or the body you are applying to may use a different one, and theirs decides.
• The tools run in your browser. You are responsible for the files you use and for having the right to use them.

• Give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you publish a portfolio, it is public. Only publish what you are happy for anyone to see, and only things that are true and yours to share.
• Do not use the site to break the law, to harm or cheat others, to pretend to be someone else, to send spam, to attack or overload the site, or to copy the listings in bulk.
• We may hide or remove a portfolio, report or account that breaks these terms or that someone reports for a good reason.

The design, text and code of the site belong to Dostkit or the people who made them. You may use the tools and read the listings freely, but please do not copy the site or its listings wholesale. What you create with the tools, such as your resume, is yours.

The site is free and is provided “as it is” and “as available”. We try to keep it working and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, from a mistake in a listing, or from a missed deadline. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Write to syedumair911071@gmail.com.
