Image Compressor
Shrink JPG, PNG and WebP photos to a smaller file size. Set a target in KB for forms and portals.
PNG photos are saved as JPG or WebP so they get smaller.
Lower quality makes a smaller file.
Your files stay on your device. This tool runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded to a server.

- 1Choose one or more photos, or drag them onto the tool.
- 2Pick a quality level, or type the size you need, for example 50 KB.
- 3Check the before-and-after size, then download the compressed images.
Frequently asked questions
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Compression happens inside your browser, so the photo never leaves your phone or computer.
Which file types work?
JPG, PNG and WebP images.
Can I make a photo exactly 50 KB for a form?
Type your target size and the tool lowers the quality step by step until the file fits. Very large photos may also need resizing first, which you can do with the Image Resizer.
Will the picture look worse?
A little detail is lost at small sizes. Use the preview to pick the smallest size that still looks good.
