Frequently asked questions
How is WPM counted?
Every five characters count as one word. Your speed counts only the characters you typed correctly. The raw speed counts everything you typed, mistakes included.
Is this the same as the typing test in my exam?
Not exactly. Government exams count speed in different ways, for example key depressions per hour, and have their own rules about mistakes. This is for practice, so read your exam notice for the exact rules.
Is my result saved?
No. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
