Compress PDF to 100 KB
The short answer
Add the PDF below with the 100 KB target set. The tool re-compresses the photos inside the pages, as strongly as needed, until the file fits. 100 KB is hard for several scanned pages, so expect softer text, and for text-only PDFs the size may not drop much.
Your files stay on your device. This tool runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions
Why will my PDF not go below 100 KB?
Each page of a scan is a picture, and 100 KB is shared between all of them. With many pages, drop the ones the portal does not need, or ask whether a larger limit is allowed.
My PDF was saved from Word. Can it shrink?
Only a little. A PDF made from text is usually small already, and this tool works on the pictures inside, so it has little to compress.
