Frequently asked questions

How many pages per sheet should I choose?

Four is a good balance for slides and notes. Six or nine save more paper but make the text small, so check that you can read the print.

Will the pages be squashed out of shape?

No. Each page is made smaller to fit its place and keeps its own shape, centred in the space. Pages that are stored sideways are turned upright.

Why should I print at 100% scale?

The new PDF is already the size of the sheet. If your printer program shrinks it again, the pages become even smaller. Choose Actual size or 100% in the print window.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The pages are rearranged in your browser and the file stays on your device.
