Make a QR Code for Your Resume or Portfolio
The short answer
Paste the link to your portfolio, LinkedIn page or an online copy of your resume, and the code appears. Add it to a corner of your printed CV or a visiting card, so a recruiter can open your work with a scan. Test it before you print.
Anyone who scans the code will see this.
Higher levels still scan if the code is dirty or covered a little.
Your QR code appears here as you type.
Everything runs in your browser. What you type is not sent anywhere.

Frequently asked questions
Will a QR code help my resume pass a software check?
Resume software reads text, not pictures, so keep your email and phone in plain text as well. Treat the QR code as a bonus for people reading on paper.
What if I change my portfolio address later?
The printed code still points to the old address. Keep the old page alive, or make a new code and reprint.
