IBPS PO Signature Size: 140 × 60 Pixels, 10 to 20 KB
The short answer
The IBPS PO/MT-XVI notification asks you to sign on white paper with a black ink pen, in a signature that is not in capital letters, and to upload it at 140 × 60 pixels (preferred) with a file size between 10 KB and 20 KB, and not more than 20 KB.
Copy the numbers from your own exam notice: sizes change from year to year and between exams.
The file is made exactly 140 × 60 pixels and under 20 KB (you are told if it ends up below 10 KB). It is counted as 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, so it fits whether the website counts 1,000 or 1,024.
Your files stay on your device. This tool runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a blue pen for the IBPS signature?
The notification says black ink pen for the signature, so use black. Blue is mentioned for the thumb impression, not the signature.
My signature looks tiny at 140 × 60 pixels. Is that normal?
Yes, it is a small picture. The tool trims the empty space around your signature so the writing fills as much of the frame as possible.
What other IBPS uploads have size rules?
The left thumb impression (240 × 240 pixels, 20 to 50 KB), the handwritten declaration (800 × 400 pixels, 50 to 100 KB) and supporting documents as PDF up to 500 KB. See those pages for each.
