Frequently asked questions
Why does my brightened photo look grainy?
A camera records very little in dark areas, so lifting them also lifts the noise. Raise Smooth grain a little in the fine-tune sliders, and next time shoot near a window or lamp.
Will it fix a photo taken at night?
It will make it clearer, but it cannot bring back detail that was never recorded. A night photo stays a night photo, only easier to see.
