Frequently asked questions

How long does a company take to issue the letters?

Often a few weeks after the last day, once dues are cleared. Ask HR for the date at the exit meeting, and keep the reply.

What if the company does not reply?

Send a polite reminder, then write to the HR head. If it continues, a labour office can help, but a friendly request usually works first.
